3 Day Plan

A 3 day split is a workout plan that you work out 3 times a week. The purpose of a 3 day split is to target different muscle groups in each session, and to work them out in an isolated way. It is designed to train different muscle groups every day so that you can rest and maximize strength gains while you’re working out. It can be a great balance between results and being time efficient. A 3 day workout split can be a great way to plan your workout week if you’re pressed for time or don’t want to be in the gym 5 times a week.

How it works

  • Your customized workout plan will be uploaded into your app and provide a step by step guide for each exercise. You will be able to log your weight for each exercise and track your progress.
